One Day Workshop

Where: Mowbray, Cape Town

What time: 9am - 5pm

This workshop will give you an opportunity to examine your limiting beliefs and I will equip you with the tools and techniques required to begin to make changes, in the way you think, speak and behave in order to begin to create your best life. We will get in touch with your inner child as well as with your hopes, dreams, deepest passions and desires and create a vision board. The workshop will include many fun and creative activities to get the creative juices flowing.
